2. Information We Collect
Account Information
Information you provide when creating or using your account, such as username, email address, profile details, preferences, and support messages.
Fitness, Quest, and Progress Data
Workout records, quest progress, streaks, levels, ranks, goals, body stats, training programs, achievements, guild activity, and other progress information you choose to save in the app.
Health and Device Data
With your permission, S Rank may read supported fitness metrics from Health Connect, Google Fit, or similar device services, such as steps, exercise sessions, distance, heart rate, and related activity data.
Photos and Physique Scan Data
If you choose to use physique scan or image-based features, you may upload or capture photos so the app can generate fitness-related insights. These features are optional and require your action.
Device and Usage Information
Device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, feature usage, notification token, and basic analytics used to improve stability, security, and product quality.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide quests, ranks, streaks, training plans, progress tracking, and account features
- Sync approved fitness data and calculate activity-based progress
- Generate optional AI-assisted fitness, workout, or physique insights requested by you
- Process purchases, subscriptions, referrals, rewards, and account support
- Send important notices, quest reminders, app updates, and notifications you allow
- Improve app performance, reliability, safety, and user experience
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms
S Rank does not use your photos, health data, or fitness data for advertising targeting.
S Rank does not sell your personal information.
4. User Consent and Control
Health, fitness, notification, camera, and photo access are controlled by your device permissions. You can withdraw permission at any time in system settings or supported in-app controls.
You can update, export, or delete certain account and progress information through the app where available, or by contacting support.
Core app functionality is not dependent on optional photo-based features.
5. Data Storage and Security
S Rank stores account and progress data using secure cloud services such as Firebase. Some data may also be stored locally on your device to keep the app fast and available.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
6. Third-Party Processing and Data Sharing
S Rank may use trusted third-party providers to operate the app, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, purchases, and optional AI-assisted features.
- Firebase and Google services may process account, analytics, notification, and app infrastructure data
- RevenueCat or app store providers may process purchase and subscription status
- AI providers may process only the content needed to return a user-requested feature result
We require service providers to process information only for the purposes needed to provide S Rank and protect the service.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide S Rank, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize eligible personal data unless we need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction history.
8. Children's Privacy
S Rank is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
